How long does it take?
How long does it take for my property to appear on the website?

- If you are advertising your property without a virtual tour, the advert can be placed on the web almost immediately. All you need to do is wait for your account to be set up and you can add the property yourself.
- If you need photos to be taken to go in with your ad, we will make an appointment to come and take them at your earliest convenience. Your advert can still be placed however, and the photos added later if you so wish.
- For adverts with virtual tours, estates360 will always try to make an appointment to come and take the photos at your earliest convenience.
- Taking the photos for the virtual tour normally takes no longer than 30 minutes, dependant on the house layout.
- Standard photos can be taken within 15 minutes
- Virtual tours normally take up to 2 days to appear on the website from the time of the photos being taken. Adverts can be placed on the site in the meantime though.
- When your house has been sold, or you decide to remove the advert, it can be removed immediately.
